The Honeywell dampers exerted a torque of 6 to 8 inch pounds which wasn't enough to reliably open/close a 15 year old damper. The Belimo actuators move at one degree/second, but they ALWAYS move. The system works flawlessly now.I also used the extruded aluminum duct adaptors to replace the tape mounting of the dampers into the fiberglass ducts on two of the dampers.
